The issue and the reason to why we don't and won't unban your IP, is that your cousin would also be able to play again if we would do so. Since we don't give hackers a second chance, we have to keep your cousin and the location your cousin played from banned.

I went out to practice in the gym, and when I came home my cousin told me I am banned. So to answer your question, he played only once at my home. Yes, he plays the global maplestory and somehow, i still dunno how, he downloded hacks.
So if the only time your cousin ,who does not live with you ,played and used hacks from your location then how are we supposed to be able to identify you as 2 different players?

In that case there's nothing I can do for you sorry, unbanning your IP would unban the hacker which is something we do not want.

There's no way to prove it was your cousin and not you. Many many hackers use the same excuse "it was my brother/cousin/dog/cat" and we dont unban them. Besides, even if it *was* your cousin, you are responsible for what happens on your account. If he got your password and hacked on your account, then the fault still lays on you.
ill be honest, im very sad rn, but i accept, if u guys could make this ban, not perm, like week or month. itd be amazing. i just play cuz i used to play when i was a child, and wanted to remember some of my memories in this game.
