Closed BAN appeal

    Hello, my ban period ends today and I can not login. When I banned the GM gave me 30 days and in this message as permanent. Please can you help me.

    I just want to know if my bank was 30 days or permanent. For the Gm which banned told me 30 days that have passed already and I can not login. Grata.
