Dont use public VPN services, anyone can ruin the game for you by connecting to the same IP and start breaking the rules. If you cant play properly from your own IP try looking for a private VPN subscription to ensure only you are playing from that IP. You have been unbanned now but you will not be unbanned if this happens repeativly because of public VPN usage.
