    thats the person that got banned for real world trading and you're playing on the same internet connection as them

    They seem to offer 8-way dynamic IP addresses, one of those is associated with a permanent ban that another customer of that ISP got banned (xiangee). Overall it seems like you got caught up in someone's ban due to an unlucky roll of your IP address by your provider,
    You should be able to play again now.
