You don't need to use a free and popular public VPN that gets you banned every time though, at the moment you're just wasting staff time because you don't follow our instructions. We want to make it possible for you to play but we can't keep unbanning public VPNs. Find a private vpn service and let us know once you've done so. That way we can let you play again.
