To my ban ,I admit that I did not even have the security of the network, should be punished. But,This is what I inadvertently connected,just like mang guys use public VPN without the knowledge of the situation. I think I should be like those people who use VPN be punished 7 days or longer of the ban, not permanent.
Ok,ok,it's my mistake that my computer and net was used by people. But I didn't do it on purpose,and I didn't do any irregularity in the game. In addition,I didn't say I use public VPN,I mean my mistake just like use pubic vpn.
but what if we dont believe it was someone else that used your computer to do that, but it was you attempting to do that on a new account?
I didn't attempting to do something on a new account,I registered new account to attempt loggin when my old account disconnect after select character. For someone else that used my computer to do something,I really don't know.I think this could be a computer virus or anything else, just guessing.
there's no way for us to distinguish the difference between you and 'someone else' playing from your computer and internet while breaking the rules on mapleroyals so unfortunately you will have to remain banned because of that.
