if you look at your ban message its not your character that got banned for that but a character named oooare thats playing from the same internet connection as you are. are you using a public place or public vpn to play from?
Well, the internet i am using is privacy (the wifi belong my family). And i have no family ever played mapleroyal. can u tell me any information about "oooare"? (in game information /when he using illegal scroll/ the same IP like my net )

Today I came home at about 1700(GMT +8).Then I go set mercant in ch2 fm .After this I want to set other mercant with another account. But when i wanted to login , it doesnt work. So i login "CALPIS" account again, and i saw the ban information 1. It happened at the same time But actually ,I just came home and login less than 10min. 2.I only set mercant at channel 2 fm yesterday (around 24 hours). 3.This computer with the net (IP) never touched the character with "oooare" including his all account character
I played mapleroyal by using WIFI sharing device ,and the Online sources was community used. So is this a public place or public vpn ?
1.The net provider is "Chunghwa Telecom" (in Taiwan). 2.The modulator-demodulator provide the community about 5 family(share the money). 3. I used another wifi sharing device .(I think the IP was not the same).
1. I had a "wifi sharing device in my room" ,but the net is come from the community modulator-demodulator. 2.I used that wifi to go on net .
it seems like your provider is distributing dynamic IP addresses to multiple customers of theirs, one of thoe got you caught in a ban. you should be able to play now
