Our bans are IP and MAC address based, so if you play from the same computer or internet connection as your cousin the ban will also apply to your accounts.
Your most recent log ins on MapleRoyals between 18-08-2016 and 22-08-2016 were all from the same internet and computer as OldHS's.
Right, which is why the IP / MAC ban also applied to you account. Do you currently live somewhere else, or still with your cousin?

If your visit at your cousin's place was only temporarily, we can consider detaching your account from your cousin's IP / MAC address and unban you.
