Our bans are IP and MAC address based, that means that if your sibling has been banned playing from your location you will also receive his ban.

Our ban system has been the same for a very very long time and it hasn't been a secret either to how it works. With that said you should not blame the Staff team for this ban, but rather your sibling for breaking the rules and ruining it for you.
If you live in the same household as your sibling, I'm afraid there's little I can do for you sorry. The reason to why in that scenario we would not be able to unban you is that your sibling could also start over again which is something we do not want if he got banned.
