I didn't share my account, I hope you can help me to retrieve the password and account number.

 

We have reason to believe you have been account sharing with other people.
Our suspicion is based on what our chat logs show, but also this:
- On the 12th of August 2016 17:02 BST your account is being logged in from Seoul,
16 minutes later your account is being logged in from Hong Kong.
- Or for example on the 5th of August 2016 04:51 BST you log in from Hong Kong,
57 minutes later your account is being logged in from Japan.

There are multiple of these occassions and not only is your account logged in from a different location, it is also being logged in from a different computer.
On top of that like I mentioned we have chat logs of you mentioning that you're sharing your account with others.

 

Because I have been playing in the Internet bar with IP, so Mac and VPN beating relatively large, I would also be able to come back to my account? After I will be a good protection of the account password. Please give me a chance.
