IGN: MonkeyDRobin Problem: banned for game Details: Sorry that I post the thread several months after I got banned. I remembered the last time I played was in maybe April or May; I was in the game and everything went well, but suddenly I was disconnected from the game and the sign said I was banned for a certain reason. I did not violate the game rules so I think it might be the anti-virus software which did something wrong to the game itself.
I'm sorry, but there must be some misunderstanding since I have never used that kind of thing, and I of course will never apply that in the future. I always play alone, so it wouldn't be my teammate who violate the rules. Is it possible that my laptop was infected by virus?
Is there any chance that my account get unbanned? I would try anything to prove that I did not violate the rules.
Oh the last thing. I really appreciate your attitude toward the game's neatness, but I still would like to have a little bit suggestion for it, which is that, maybe the autoban does not always make the right choice. Cases like mine might happen in the future, and I would recommend you not to disappoint players who are victims of the system.
