    Character Name: Roxizen

    Last thing you did:
The day before yesterday, I got a day off because there's a mega typhoon raging in my country. Then, I decided stay up all night to play MapleRoyals because I want to gain mesos for Gene 20 and MW 20 to surprise my fiancée on our upcoming wedding (I just proposed to her and she accepted me!!) while training my new characters in the same time. So I used my bishop(Roxizen) to farm at the map "Sophia's Bedroom" with Bahamut while training my another account by multiclient. However, when it's 5 a.m. in my country, I felt so worn out. Then, I just unconsciously fell asleep deeply on my laptop all of a sudden. (Actually, I haven't slept much these days because our wedding is approaching soon and I still lacked some mesos for the plan. In the same time, I happen to have 5 days off from school cause of weekend and the typhoon. I stayed up almost everyday recently, wishing to surprise my fiancée) :<

Why do you think you got banned?:
I woke up and found my bishop being banned. I can't remember what I did in the last few minutes before I fell asleep. Because the ban message when I attempt to log in shows botting, I guess maybe I fell asleep when I was switching to my bishop to recast Bahamut. Then I might just keep recasting Bahamut and some other skills near that button with my fingers on the keyboard while falling asleep. I once got banned for botting in GS2 about 2 month ago because of using some coins to stick on the button for HS my friend while being afk. I didn't know that it was illegal when I violated that rules. After that, I pay extra attention to obey the rules. However, I can never imagine that I would be permanently banned because of this silly behavior... I am so regretful for being stupid like this and get permanently banned... I joined MapleRoyals in about this July, and I really enjoy the time playing it because it let me encounter lots of nice friends from different areas, and some even became friends in real life with me. I enjoy the time that we share our life and game experience to each other. Furthermore, the nostalgic feeling that MapleRoyals gives me really makes me so touched and remind me of the fun time in my childhood. I really enjoy MapleRoyals a lot and don't want to see all of my beloved friends and my efforts for the past 3 months all being devastated overnight just because of my foolish behavior. Is there any way to make up for my stupid mistake? :<

Ban message when attempting to log in: Botting

The recast time on your Bahamut was the same every time which is not something that would be done if someone fell asleep while pressing their keyboard. We suspect you haven't learned your lesson regarding botting which resulted in a permanent ban from the game for you.

I have one of my skill set with nimble feet, bahamut, and magic guard. That's the skill set I usually did when I want to have some water or take something when I recast bahamut. I put it on my shift button because I can do the recast and walk back the middle of the map with only one hand. I think there might be a great chance that I might just kept recasting that skill set while I fainted cause shift takes up many space on the keyboard and there's shift button on both left and right near where I usually keep my hands at while playing. The painful lesson I learned last time was quite daunting to me. I really appreciate the efforts that GMs paid to maintain the game while feeling ashamed of myself for doing that then. It's all my bad for doing this silly stuff and waste the time of GMs. I really don't want to quit MapleRoyals without saying goodbye to my friends with this stupid ending. MapleRoyals really brings me so much joy that it helps me go through the pain I encountered in my real life recently. Don't expel me from my last retreat because of my foolish mistake.

That still doesnt rule out that you mightve had a coin stuck in your keyboard again just like your first botting offense. In essence you have to be able to reply to a GM when you're preforming actions in game. In this case the GM warped you to a different map and questioned you about what you were doing and you still didn't reply in a reasonable timeframe which leaves us with having to mark your actions as your second and final ban for robotic play.

Tim, thanks again for your time and consideration. I fell asleep in about 5-6 a.m. till 7-8 a.m. And when I woke up, I found myself dced. Then, I just went bed till about 10 a.m. When I woke up, I tried to logged in, but found myself banned. It's obviously that I just can not reply. Does replying GMs in a reasonable timeframe really shows that someone is not botting? What if someone just botting in front of keyborad while doing some other things? And does failure to reply GMs in a reasonable timeframe really shows that someone is botting? Just think of this case. It's not worth being banned permanently for botting with coins twice. It's dumb in mobility and easily noticed to botting with coins. The first time I violated this is because I was too noob to know that it's illegal. Is there any way to prove you guys that I'm not botting with coins? It's really my bad for doing something silly like falling asleep while playing and cause troubles for GMs. However, the punishment is too fatal and unreasonable to someone who you do not have 100% solid evidence for incrimination. I admit maybe I should be punished for my silly mistake, but this wrongful treatment is too overwhelming to suffer. :<

This thread was already closed after my last reply, just because you decide to reply after that doesn't mean we closed this without replying.
There is no longer anything we can do for you.
