I have investigated your ban and concluded that the damage you were doing is deemed impossible for your stats.
Your character has 25 dex and 4 luk, is equipped with int gear and a 10 weapon attack garnier.
You also use subi / beginner's throwing stars that give +15 attack, and with those stars your weapon range is 9 ~ 10.
Your character has lvl 1 Lucky Seven and after running tests against a Blue Snail with your specific statistics, I was unable to hit over 2 damage per line with Lucky Seven (6 damage per line if I were to enable the ability to critically hit).
I've also made sure to check your inventory and concluded that your character is not in posession of any attack amplifying potions.

Unless I've missed something crucial, I am to believe that the autoban system was correct and that your character does not have the ability to deal 17 damage with Lucky Seven.

 

This is really weird can TimK investigate further? I played this game since may and only merched and just started my first character. I think i also saw someone get this weird 17 dmg ban to in ban appeals somewhere else ill try to find it. But i havent even updated my maple files since i first downloaded the game in may. ()_() i have almost 30bil on buymystuffs so hope this is a mistake.

I don't really see how TimK further investigating would help in this case, as I've investigated every detail thoroughly.
As for the other ban appeal you've linked, the difference there is that all his ability points are invested in luk which means that he actually had the ability to deal 17 damage.
In your case I am unable to replicate the ability to hit 17 damage with your equips, stats, stars, etc.

 

idk how auto ban system works really or what records you guys can somehow find. i was just hoping since TimK sometimes says he sees mobvacs on peoples accounts he can also look for proof of cheating because i swear i did not, im scrolling through ban appeals to figure out how i can provide something crucial like you said. Maybe post maple royals folder? Im just trying to get unbanned because i invested large amount of time and did not cheat. i had plenty of bils to do damage and i could have switched to any equip with luk if i wanted to do more damage sincce i had the funds. If there is no way to really check and find proof of cheating i guess no way to disproove autoban system. But thats what i was hoping for, that TimK would look for proof of cheating find none and unban me. did i have echo from fm, i rlly dont know lol but i guess this is gods way of saying i play way to much maple. i guess see what you guys can do if there is no other checks you can do just as a favor to me because i played so long . If not i guess this is the end just sad over autoban.

 

It is your ban appeal and you are allowed to provide us with evidence you believe may have influence on the outcome of this appeal.
If you believe something could be wrong in your files, perhaps due to playing multiple private servers at once, you are allowed to provide us with a screenshot of your mapleroyals folder.
We will then thoroughly check what you have provided us with, and see if it changes our judgement.
If it however turns out that you are unable to prove to us as to why your character deals more damage than it statistically should be able to, then we will be unable to unban you.

 

thank you just needed to know what my next steps were i will post as many useful screenshots i can find and check if some old maplestory private server is on my computer, maybe the .exe file got linked to another directory i really am not that advanced with computers but just leave thread open and i will post evidence ASAP as soon as i am home, just glad there is hope. Maybe file issue and gms can see i have no reason to increase damage from 5dmg to 17 when i have funds and items.

wow, im so retarded looked at folder i dont know why but every time i installed a server it installed directly into the maple royals folder, but i would think the game would still select the right files. anyway the whole folder is a disgusting mess. i just hope even though its my mistake since the character was lvl 10 and i only merched. here is the pictures i uploaded to imgur.

 

deleted everything on my computer with the word maple and reinstalled no way any files mixed now.
