unfortunately we cant tell the difference between you falling asleep on your keyboard and someone attempting to get ahead in the game by playing with third party software or leaving a heavy object on a key without actually playing the game. You have to be able to reply to a staffmember in a reasonable timeframe when you're preforming actions in-game or you will be considered a robot which has a punishment attached to it.
