You were reported by another player for showing interest in buying mesos for real world currency.
Since we do not allow any form of RWT, you have been permanently banned from this server.

I would like to ask, others reported that you will be banned directly? Do you know if there is such a behavior?
If a log can be disabled by a report, then whether I slander a person. You can directly prohibit login?

If a player reports you for potential RWT and the evidence provided backs this story up, then yes you will be banned directly.
In your case an admin confirmed your interest in RWT by checking your logs.

I want to be able to do a thorough investigation, I have never done such a thing, and I hope you point out the evidence.

I would like to ask, do you clearly understand my dialogue?
Just his translation,You can convict me?
Then whether I casually translate a person's dialogue,You can convict him?
If so, then I do not think I need to stay here.

We have multiple GMs who speak your language fluently, they confirm or correct the translations given to us by other players.
So rather than you telling me to go, I'm afraid I will have to tell you to go instead.
