I am the owner of a Internet cafe in Asia, now the whole internet cafe was rejected to login on the server, I believe that my internet cafe's IP was banned. I had provided VPN service to all other clients but failed to work, so at least unban my IP plz, I dont care this guy's account TBH. I am now living in U.S. and helping my staff to appeal here for they know only a little english. Thx in advance.
I'm afraid that if one of your clients has hacked on your internet cafe's internet, we can not unban that IP. Unbanning the IP would unban the hacker which is not something we can allow to happen.
Well, does this punishment too harsh and unfair to other clients? I recommend this server to them and they all love it (dont want switch to another server tbh) -- we r a maplestory theme internet cafe, we used played maplestory before big bang together, and now i introducing them private servers -- it is so sad that bc of one hacker's fault we all banned from this server.
Besides, Idk if he was hacking, he said to me -- idk if it is true or not -- that he was training then a bad lag then dc then he was banned. If he is really a hacker, my staff and me never supported him or told him to do that, nor my other clients did. I promise, I myself also play in this server and obey all the rules.
I'm afraid that you as the owner of the internet café are ultimately responsible for your internet connection, and have to make sure that players can not access cheats or hacks from your computers. In this case your client has most definitely used a hack, as he did 400k damage as a lvl 22 thief.
Lol, thats definitely hacking. But as I said, I live in U.S. right now and my internet cafe located in China, I can only let my staff warn them to not use any hacking malware cuz its also harm my computers. I promise i never provide hacks or cheats for any of my client and almost all my clients are willingly reject hacking, if we like hacking in the game, then y we dont play official maplestory Asian server lol? All i can do is canceling that guy's membership of my cafe, I just emailed my staff.
His membership of my internet cafe was already canceled, can I ask u detach his banned account with my cafe's ip address now?
