Well we do describe in our Terms & Conditions that using the same account information on a different server would indeed jeopardize your account security.
With that said, it would most definitely not surprise me if this has been the cause as to why someone has been able to breach into your account.
Can you please change your ingame password to a strong and preferably unique one, and let us know when you have done so?
