   Why do you think you got banned?: i don't know it was long time ago,
   Ban message when attempting to log in: the ban is over, but when i log in the game crash " you have been disconnected from login server. please try again later."
   i cant log in with my computer which i played and got the ban with. i wish to play again with my own computer please fix it its my second thread.
   

 

There's no record of that character being banned. Are you still having trouble logging in?

 

yes i do, but only with my computer. i tried even creating another account but still nothing works in this computer since the ban.

 

i had the ban a year ago maybe more

It's the physical address of your computer. If you don't know how to find it, I think Google can assist you. Once you have it, start a private conversation with me.
