    why do you think you got banned: didn't update the new patch
    Ban message when attempting to log in: account was permanently banned

    Download and reinstall MapleRoyals, then provide us a screenshot of your MapleRoyals folder and post it here.
    You'll be unbanned once we verify the files are updated.
