I have never downloaded/used any sort of hacks or third party programs on any game, let alone Maple Royals. I know this is a false ban that was issued by mistake somehow, so please let me know what if anything I can provide to expedite the unban process. Why do you think you got banned?: No clue. Pure, I believe what you are referring to is a joke I made about vac hacking in Ellinia in Maplestory circa 2008. I would never actually download or use hacks in this game that I love so much and I apologize for making a joke like that - it will never happen again. Please reconsider the length of my ban as I love playing on this server and have made many friends in the past couple of months that I've been playing. I will read the TOS thoroughly after this to make sure I never break another rule. Is there anything I can do bring the ban length down? Thank you.
I understand your feelings on the matter, but to that I unfortunately have to respond with the following: We have saved some time in regards to this ban appeal of telling you that you are permanently banned first, your plead for leniency, and then lowering the ban duration down to 30 days as a 1 time courtesy. As such, your ban for 30 days will remain. Please patiently wait out your ban duration, and you will be welcomed back to play on the server. Once again, I do appreciate your understanding on the situation. I have a feeling we won't be seeing you in the ban appeals ever again. Especially after you read the full T&C. It really is not a very long read, and will save you a lot of grief in the future.
All for a joke though? Is there someone else I can speak to to plead my case? I understand the rule but 30 days still seems unfair for a joke. I can assure you I won't make this mistake again and I will follow all rules to a tee from now on. I will likely move on to something else in 30 days and I don't want to quit the server. I urge you to reconsider please.
