I can login on site but in game i getting error i dident play since 2017 so i cant remmber much about my character

But i know my id+password if u can check it

 

What does it mean ?
Can you discuss with the staff about it ? Is it possible to unban ?

 

Im not sure butibut ihink my character name was Chupchik

I remmber I had chupchik I don't remmber anything about him
and ChupchikIT was my dk female

Maybe after all of these years you guys will unban me
I really don't know what I did there and why I got that ban but I can assure you that I have read all the rules and understand them very good, I will never do anything against the rules
Just want to be a normal mapler ☺️❤️
