Closed ban?

    All Your Character Names: adelius
    Last thing you did: I haven't played since like 1-2 years. I was a bowman like lvl 50 and was training I think.
    Why do you think you got banned?: I really don't know. Last time I was playing I could play but it's been a while
    Ban message when attempting to log in: this is an ID that has been deleted or blocked from connection.
    What GM banned you (optional):

    Maybe it was bcs I forgot my pin, but the GM back than (2019) told me and I was playing again. Please help me :)

    To begin the process of account recovery please reset your credentials at the Control Panel then make a thread at the Support request forum with the following details:
    • Your character names (IGN):
    • The date of birth associated with your account (DD-MM-YYYY):
    • The email addresses you think might be associated with your account:
    • Your account username (Game Login ID):
    • The last time you played:
    *Please provide an estimation if unsure

    Warning:
    Don't reveal any of the information above to non-Staff members and make sure that you are posting at the support request forum as the ban appeal section is public!

    While you wait for your account ownership to be verified by an admin, feel free to create a new character if you wish to do so.

    If you are unable to log in on a new character, please restart your router and make sure your IP changes before attempting to reconnect.
