Looking into this now. Can you tell us what skill you were using and approximately how much damage you were hitting, please?
Having discussed it with the rest of the staff, we feel that it is extremely unlikely that anyone of your job class using the skill in question would hit identical damage 6 times in a row. Unless you can offer us convincing evidence otherwise, we believe you were most likely using a damage hack.
well can you double check your system, idk what proof im suppose to offer you here. wouldn't your autoban pick up a damage hack? theres not much I can do or say other than I say I wasn't hacking. there is no SS like t&c says no warnings are given prior to ban. although it is extremely unlikely is it bannable in this case to ban the possible but unlikely
The autoban system sees that 6 times in a row you hit with the EXACT same damage. I don't think it is possible to have that level of consistency six times in a row.
The system says you hit damage of 6 more than 5 times in a row. It would be a permanent ban. I don't understand how you would have been able to hit such low damage multiple times in a row without some sort of damage hack.
