ALL Your Character Names: ahey/ellieyao/other mules

    Last thing you did:
On March 8th, 2026, around 22:00(UTC+8), my friend (IGN: heishinshin) and I decided to use the NX he had saved up for Gachapon . Since his English is not good, we were communicating via voice chat on a third-party app (LINE) instead of using the in-game chat.

During the Gachapon session, he obtained a large number of 30% and 70% scrolls. We decided to transfer these scrolls to my mule characters for temporary storage(he kept the CS), with the agreement that I would compensate him with Mesos later. Shortly after these transfers, I was banned by a GM.

I would like to emphasize the following points to prove our accounts are managed by two different individuals:

    1. IP Verification: Please check the IP logs. My friend's IP is clearly different from mine. All my mule accounts share my own consistent IP, which is distinct from his, as also we live in different cities.
    2. Timing Evidence: I can provide call records showing that I called him to invite him for Gachapon before we both logged into the game on the date mentioned above.
    3. Intent: The transfer was a matter of convenience between friends, not an attempt to circumvent any server rules.
Why do you think you got banned?:
The GM stated "Vote Abuse." I believe the GM flagged the item transfer as muling rewards from multiple voting accounts, but these were legitimate Gachapon rewards from two separate players.

    Hi there.

You have been permanently banned for major vote abuse.

It's very difficult to believe that you (ahey/ellieyao/other mules) and your friend (heishinshin) are two different people.

It was very amusing as I watched you for several hours and for some reason, you (ahey/ellieyao/other mules), across those multiple hours, never once typed, emoted, moved, anything at all while your friend (heishinshin) gachaponed for hours and hours on end, vendoring bad loot and returning to your cluster of characters to drop scrolls onto them. The only action you (ahey/ellieyao/other mules) did overall was to loot the scrolls dropped by your friend (heishinshin).

The best part is when Tim came out of stealth to confront you directly and asked you to prove that you (ahey/ellieyao/other mules) and your friend (heishinshin) were in fact two different people. You made a solid but poor attempt by trying to move two characters around at the same time but you failed incredibly hard at that, moving one of your characters and heishinshin one after the other over and over and over again.

    Dear Staff,

Thank you for your response. I understand why it looked like one person playing two accounts when you watched us. I want to use exactly what you observed to explain what was actually happening on our voice call.

    1. Why my characters "never once typed, emoted, moved" You mentioned my characters were just a "cluster of characters" waiting for scrolls. That is exactly right. My mules were parked there specifically to hold his 30% and 70% scrolls. Since he kept "returning to [my] cluster of characters to drop scrolls onto them," I didn't need to move at all to loot them. During those hours, I was just watching him stream his Gachapon pulls on a call. I had no reason to touch my keyboard until it was time to loot.

    2. Looting the scrolls and Mesos compensation Like I said in my first appeal, I took the scrolls to sell for him, and I would give him the Mesos later. If this was really "major vote abuse" and he was just my vote mule, I would have taken everything. But he kept all the CS on his own account. I only looted the 30% and 70% scrolls that clogged up his inventory.

    3. Moving "one after the other" When GM came out of stealth to confront us directly, the reason we moved "one after the other over and over again" was because we were on a voice call and his English is very poor. He didn't even know what was happening. He was asking me on LINE, "What's going on? Can I still do Gachapon?" He was confused and panicked.

I had to guide him step by step. I would move my character first to show him what you wanted, and then tell him on the call, "Now you move." That delay is just the time it took for me to translate and for him to follow my instruction. A person playing two accounts would have stopped Gachapon entirely to deal with a GM. The fact that he was still confused and asking about Gachapon shows we are two different people.

    4. Proof we are two different people We live in different cities with completely different home IPs, and we don't share hardware. Also, my main account has 550k+ NX and 350+ Gachapon tickets. You might wonder why someone with so much NX would spend hours collecting 30% scrolls. To be completely honest, my playstyle is just gambling for fun. I love the thrill of randomly spamming 30% scrolls on items, regardless of their market value. You are more than welcome to check my character's scrolling logs; you will see a clear history of me constantly spamming 30% scrolls. We pooled them because we planned to just blow them up for entertainment later, and whatever was left to sell, I would give him the Mesos. I have absolutely no reason to risk my years of progress and a permanent ban just to "steal" some 30% scrolls for profit.

I kindly request the Staff to reconsider the ban. Thank you for your time.

And yet, when other players happened to be nearby and chatting to your "friend" (heishinshin), he responded immediately in perfect English to talk about his gacha rates, tickets used and how lucky and unlucky he was.

Same when TimK popped out and asked your "friend" (heishinshin) questions in English, he responded immediately in perfect English.

That's because you got banned before you could transfer them over.

Reviewing the evidence again, you and your "friend" failed to move and type at the same time as it was always one after the other.

It's really strange that your "friend" (heishinshin) understood other players' English perfectly well in game that he could interact and respond to them immediately at the gachapon machine, and it's really strange that he could also understand TimK's questions in English and respond immediately every time. Is your "friend" gaslighting you on the third-party-app (LINE) that he has trouble understanding English?

Overall, your appeal is denied as you are one and the same player who has been caught vote abusing.
