Trivial Broken effect?

    Hi.
    just bought an effect I used to have in another MS server but it looks a bit odd.
    on the left is the other server and on the right is MapleRoyals.
    it is the same effect named "Nature's rage effect"
    is it supposed to be that way? ~f6
