I bought a raincoat from donor cashshop a while ago and got "pitch dark outfit" instead thought I misclicked and bought raincoat again and got same item as before I have been a frequent donor, all I ask is to get refunded my donorpoints back and this bug fixed. cuz I cant do a saitama cosplay without a yellow overall ]=.

I didn't know there was an update and I fairly knew so I donno that it would mess up something like cashshop. I don't think that its common knowledge.
While it may not be common knowledge you should always have your files up to date. The staff sees this type of error as a player error, meaning that you wont get your RP refunded. However, you still have the opportunity to get the item deleted by requesting it.
