Duplicate Bugged Quests

- After starting the quest "Dollhouse", talking to Olson the Toy Soldier does not move you to the quest area.
Location: Ludibrium: Eos Tower 100th Floor
- The quest "Maya and the Weird Medicine" cannot be done, talking to the npc does not finish it:
Location: Lith Harbor
NPC: Teo

What I meant is that these quests are already on the list of reported bugged quests.

 

I'm afraid they are not.
