I mean you have a chance to defend yourself before I close this appeal. As I mentioned you were permanently banned for vote abusing and this is your chance to defend yourself with any evidence you might have. I'd personally start by explaining which account or accounts you vote on in a normal day.
As you can check in my forum record (or login record), in case no one ever hacked my account, that I barely login the game. Approximately on 15th January 2020 I came back (after not playing since 2017? I think) and planned to stay. So everyday I used to vote to different account every day, so I'll have enough nx to gacha on them and get Maple Leaves on NLC (untradeable). Then, by the end of January I believe, I requested a forum ban because I spent too much time on forums. The reason I didn't ask for game ban is because I wanted to keep voting and wasn't sure if I'll be able or not. Anyways, long story short, I voted randomaly my accounts everyday. However, I wasn't even sure when did I vote, or when didn't I. Sometimes I forgot to vote at home so I did so at my course, or when I came back home in the evening. I don't think I have any evidence for showing me voting properly, as it's impossible, in my opinion, to record such things. It's like I'll ask you to provide me a proof for not smoking IRL. If you have any evidence against me prooving I actually vote abused, go ahead. If possible, not through this topic, but by PMs (not taking risk of anybody to know my usernames or IP). As you can see I'm here since October 2016. I'm not a kid that is abusing the system and then crying for getting caught. I want to belive that I have been playing legitly my whole time in Royals. Waiting for your response.
Hi, There is no need for you to provide evidence per say, providing additional details such as what characters you own, and respond to any further questions we may have, is more than enough for us to be able to verify that the ban is correct. In your case however, our voting records show that between late January and late February you voted on up to 4 accounts on a daily basis, which very much breaks our voting rules. As there is no ambiguity to who owns these accounts or the amount of votes made, your ban appeal will be denied. The permanent ban will remain.
