Cannot play

Issue: Cannot get past login screen - Possible MAC ban on account.
Character Name: None Player
Additional Information: Cannot pass login screen

IGN: X (Still Dont make a player)
Problem: cannot pass login screen, get stuck when i try press login
Details: My friends are playing in this server and invite me to play with them but i cant log in to the game.

please help me!
i already tried the Troubleshooting Guide and its dident help me.

Are you using hamachi?

 

not. i turn off the hamachi, close and disable

 

Where do you dc is it when clicking a character or before that`?

 

no. i write my password and click log in. and then the screen stuck like that and nothing happend

 

It does not sound like you are banned, try restarting your pc and internet devices if that don't work try reinstalling MapleRoyals.

 

i try to uninstall and reinstall and restart internet and computer and still same problem
