   after being disconnected, I tried to log in again. However, it keeps telling me Im already logged in. What can I do about this?

   If you still cannot log in, you can simply log in to the control panel on royals.ms, then click on 'Character Fixes' and fix this problem by clicking on a 'Fix' button.
