Hello GM Stephen Let me do the explain from what i vote abuse, me and my brother starting play about the same time but plus and minus i dont really can recall the exact time. This vote abuse i think i did to be honest and the reason why because first i dont know i need to apply whitelist until i got this information from my guild mate so both of us faster to applied it and also we though as 2 player so we can gather nx to 1 user account so we did that too. But until i we knew cant do that from information also so both of us stopped this action and this vote action i think we do just like 2 - 3 month (my brother vote at my account each person 1 time thats all )but not vote more than 2times , and also as we both player we didnt vote abuse like 3-10 different account cause we knew that only 1 player each time , and also who ever know me in game i dont really care about NX and also u can track My ABBABBABB or all of my account how many month i didnt vote for it. Gm just wanna to let you know at the first we only though even we stay in the same house only can vote either one of us.Until i knew this information because i texted in forum chat and ask and not mistaken is Gm Bacon replied on chat if after whitelist approved both of us can vote. To be fair for us we only 2 maple user in the house if from the starting we dont understand much the rules and also we didnt vote more than 2 times for NX also. Just recently my brother vote NX for his account from Home IP and im using my phone to vote my ign: gigolomonk and this got me ban. We just doing 2 vote for only 2 household user whitelist approved , i think this cause us ban is unfair. I have asked an Admin to follow up with your appeal and explain the situation to you more thoroughly. But just so you understand, you and your brother both voting daily before you were approved for the Whitelist is still breaking the voting rules of the game. The Admins were the ones to issue the vote abuse ban. GMs can't see the voting logs. The severity of a vote abuse ban is dependent on the number of times the player(s) extra voted, and for how long. Voting on two accounts daily over a long period of time holds similar, if not the same weight, as voting on 3-10 accounts daily for a short period of time.

The way you ban ppl admin and gm dont even can show us giving evidence or proof sharing account and just by ur suspect only , every 1 can see how is ur server going less people playing keep it up with ur management handling matters=).
