So my problem is that yesterday when i tried to vote it told me that i had to wait about 300 minutes to vote even though it was like 5 days since i last voted. Now today i try to vote again and this time it told me i had to wait for about 250 minutes. No one else att my place have voted on my internet so thats not the problem.
