   Hello friends!
   I want to delete some characters from my account but i cant.
   I checked the threads of people who had the same problem but i cant open the link with the explanation that was given there.
   Can someone help me???
   It says "You cannot delete a character without a PIC. Please create your PIC."
   How do i create a PIC?
