Closed Character disappeared

    Hi, I got back into the game after a 6 month break and I found one of my characters had disappeared. Is there any way to get it back? What could've caused this?

    Missing character's IGN: Sebasdfg3

    Any help appreciated.

    The character Sebasdfg3 exists, I can see that you have logged in to the wrong account however. You have more than one.
