Closed Character Error

    Problem: Medal Quest : Quest Specialist doesn't exist
    Details: My character have lvl up over 30 so this medal quest should be exist but when i chat with NPC Dalair , it wasnt there and im never accept this quest before. Other characters of mine is working probably.
