IGN: Guudan Problem: Newly made character on a pre-existing account roll back issue. Details: Last night at 1-2 AM EST I made a new character on my pre-existing account. I leveled up to Lvl 10 and got the job advancement for warrior. I got it to Lvl 11 and transferred over the following items. 100 Heartstopper (x 5) Various 100% event scrolls (1 x Wand, 1x INT Earring, 1x 2H Sword) 5m in mesos Some equips I can't recall. When I logged back into the account today I noticed I rolled back to Maple Island infront of the Mai NPC. Some of the quests I completed also rolled back and all the transferred items and mesos were gone. I checked the characters I transferred them over from and they also don't have the items. I was hoping for a refund of the lost items. I've refrained from using the character completely until the issues been addressed. (I've already made a post on the roll back thread.) Some of the items were in storage for a long period so I can't recall who put the items into the storage. It's either Slyde or Lancel. Thank you for your time.
Please contact a GM in-game to have 500 Heartstoppers, 1x Wand, Earring INT and 2H Sword event 100% scrolls and 5,000,000 mesos refunded to you.
Refunded the scrolls and 500 heartstoppers. An admin will add 5,000,000 Mesos to your account in the upcoming Server Check.
