    My char is not able to use timeleap for countless tried. I'm tried for few days but it still showing “you may not use the skill yet”. Kindly assist me, ty ~f4

    The skill is on cooldown. The cooldown does not go down when you are offline. So if the cooldown is 2 hours, you must be online on that character for 2 hours.

    can u put it on 1 of the quick slot buttons n see if the cooldown is up? ~f6
