Notice Connection Issues

    If you are unable to access the site AND the game in the way you normally would, it appears there are some issues with our DDOS protection service which is blocking some peoples' IP addresses. We are discussing the issue with them and looking for a solution to get everyone back online as soon as possible. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to have you back 100% shortly :)

    Any updates to this? I'm still IP blocked, haven't been able to log into the game/website unless through a proxy.

    Can you open "cmd.exe" and do "tracert 162.218.94.38" and send me the results please.

    Same thing for me, and a few others as well. I hate being on a laggy VPN that crashes every 6 hours just to access this page and the game D: Sent you a pm, Matt.

    Do I need to send the results reported by "cmd/tracert 162.218.94.38"? I sent you the results just in case.
