Welp guys. I tried to hide from the corona virus but it found me despite my avoidability . Thankfully I got my 1st vaccine so hopefully it provides some kind of protection, but it does feel like I got HIT by a TRAIN! I'm currently monitoring my Oxygen levels just to be on the SAFE side. Looks like ill be missing work for the next two weeks after taking sick leave already previously. What I do notice is heart rate higher than normal which isn't too concerning at the moment but I will continue to monitor! Hopefully all is well soon..
Consider seeking medical attention if you get prolonged chest pain, shortness of breath or your 'oxygen level' falls and persists <94%. Take care - most will recover within 7-10 days. The second week tends to be when things get worse, if they do.

If you get a horrible sore throat - Strepsils/sore throat lozenges are your friend for immediate short term relief.
