Crystal Ibis

I looked through the Forum and I saw that the recipe for items such as these is found in the NLC Gachapon. But I looked through the Gachapon item list and it is not there. Do I get it there or unlike the other NLC items need to get the recipe somewhere else?

 

The Gachapon Item List isn't 100%, but you do get it from NLC Gachapon and only that one.
