Dear Maplers, Can somebody tell me what the level requirements are for making crystal ilbi? Are there any level requirements for the prequests or something else? Thanks anyway!
@yKriistian Just have the manual and the items to make one. Refer to this guide for the items and prices:http://royals.ms/forum/threads/itcg-guide.14403/ The level requirement to use a Crystal Ilbi is 50, however.
