Fortunately, I made it through with the help of some friendly hikers. After coming back from the trip, I became very seriously about my fitness. I went from a whooping 6ft tall 155lbs nerd to a 200lb fitness geek in 4 years. I am about to compete at a regional olympic weighlifting meet this coming November and run my very first marathon next year. P.s. A couple of my buddies are from CUB DeltaPsy!
