Nothing will happen. It's just...pretty pointless to make a seperate thread every time. Just make one thread and ask your questions there. We don't need the off topic section to be flooded by your threads. It's not convenient to have to browse several pages to actually find an interesting thread, as opposed to yours.
Not at all. Just making a suggestion that would prevent a section of the forums being needlessly flooded with small threads that can just aswell be merged into one big thread.
No, you cannot. But over time, if people don't reply, your threads will move down off of the front page.
