    Where do I get that earring stimulator?

    I've looking the entire market using the owl and it doesn't sell

    I also got information that said item does not exist.

    If you want to farm them yourself, I think stone bugs and the boars in ellin forest can drop them. Not a 100% sure though, I got so many different stimulators doing that ellin questline.
