   i dropped a heart shaped chocolate for my friend and when i looked in my inventory i still had 2.

   So this glitch has persisted and i am now at 8 heart shaped chocolates... im not sure how they are duplicating but for me I only see 1 heart but i noticed on my other character i see 8
