From other previous posts here are some possible solutions:

    Error code: -2147467259

    • You may need to update your drivers OR disable your antivirus software
    • Close Skype, your browser, or any other programs completely and then open up the game, this works differently for different people so you may need to test what works for you.
You can open the programs again after launching the game

"About the video card, check that it is in the most up-to-date state.

Now go into Display Settings -> Advanced Display Settings -> Display Adapter Properties -> Select the "Monitor" tab -> and change the screen refresh rate from 59Hz to 60Hz and press Apply.

Now try to run MapleStory in administrator mode, Its should be work now , if dosent try to reset PC and run it again , if its still not work , post here your problem , and i will try to help ."

Just open three clients (or more) at once then close the unwanted clients when they are loaded.

Can you explain what have you tried doing? Because it doesn't help us much when you only say "i tried everything". For that error, usually will get fixed when I restart my computer (I think i ever only encountered it once?). If it doesnt work, check your monitor refresh rate and set it to 60 Hz (not 59, not 144, not anything else). For GPU, change to use the built-in graphic (not your dedicated one).
