error code

So whenever i select a ch to the char screen my game crash and i get this error code.
How can i fix it? it was all fine till i was gaching in nlc and suddenly the gacha ask me option for showa hair coupon 1m, but i was too fast and hit enter, then my royal maple turn like this.

So i notice the problem exist on my account. ign: SinWanaBEbe. I made a new account and i was able to get pass the channel selection, but when i tried the SinWanaBEbe it crashed me and gave me that error code.

 

Exact same problem with me. I can log in with another char though.

 

This sounds like a recurrence of the same quest-related bug that we had previously which caused people to be unable to log into certain characters. There may be other possible causes but this sounds like the most likely one. We'll look into this as soon as we can.

 

We can't even get to the character selection menu though. If we click a channel or view characters, it DCs us right away.
Does this still fit the bill?
