Duplicate Exp problem

It happened this morning.i train I skeleton and server down.After I logged in,I found that my char's experence back to 2% from 59%.And I call gm by ~gm ,and nobody answer me or help me to fix this problem .Could somebody tell me how to solve?It's really angry and hopeless.
