Closed False ban?

All Your Character Names: FieryPhoenix, FieryHunter, FieryThunder, Mewtw02710, ShadowFlames. These are all my characters across all accounts.
Last thing you did: HT
Why do you think you got banned?: No idea. Is only Shadowflames that i cant log in. The other accounts no issue
Ban message when attempting to log in: This is an ID that has been blocked or deleted from connection.
What GM banned you (optional): NA

I only have issue connecting to ShadowFlames. The rest of the accounts I am able to log in to. I am 100% confident i did not break any rules so please assist.

Thanks Kenny, yes please help me to forward. but the thread is closed? i have never voted more than once. in fact, i have been going months without ever voting. definitely a false positive. if it helps my shad ign is ShadowFlames (with an L)

 

Hello i just wanted to check and ensure my appeal has not been missed out. i understand the admins are busy but to be honest, i do not get why it needs to take so long to check the voting logs to cfm that i have been falsely banned. i have barely voted in months (ie on off voted only when i want to gach) so your logs should reflect that.

Edit: i mostly vote on my bishop (FieryPhoenix) also so i do not understand why in the first place it was only my shadowflames that got the ban

 

Hi Tim! last thing i recalled was ht. i never bought apr on shadowflames recently. at least not in years already if i did ever buy APR

Edit : to add on, in the beginning i used to buy APRs to sell and wash my FieryPhoenix. But i mostly purchased APR on fieryphoenix also seldom in shadowflames. but that would have been like at least more than one year ago

 

Hi Tim i think you mistaken me for someone else. I do not have any char called charizard17. all my chars are only Shadowflames (with an L), FieryPhoenix, FieryHunter, FieryThunder & Mewtw02710. i used to have a Shadowflame (with L) but i had long ago deleted that char to recreate Shadowflames

 

Hi Tim, i legit do not rmb the char Charizard. the only time i can think of creating the char could be i created it only for our guild hide and seek event and since i had no use for it i must have deleted it after. but if it is this char i only used it for guild event and nothing else

edit: but that was also more than a year ago. if it was this char that i created for event (apologies cos too long ago i really cannot rmb what ign i created if i did create), i only use it for the event and nothing else

 

Thank you Tim! yes since mewtwo is my storage mule i wouldn’t be surprised if i did use it once in a while as well. but that would also be quite some time ago and i really do not have much recollection whether i did use it for the guild events or when.

would it be possible to request just a drop coupon for the time i have been banned? since i did not do anything wrong
