I'm about to start doing some serious gachaing and I was wondering if there is a "best" gachapon to use.

Shrine and Ellinia are "safe" (lots of useful scrolls). NLC is "risky" with the potential for big payout.
Shrine is the best according to me and probably alot of other people. But NLC, CBD, Kerning and Ellinia are good too.
Shine has Chaos scrolls, I don't know what other place has them but I know for a certainty that shrine does. Pink Gaia Capes you can get from Henesys. (Henesys may also have Chaos scrolls, but I'm not too sure.) Face Stomper manuals and the items needed to forge face stompers can be obtained at NLC Gach.
